I have purchased this product before. I have a heel spur and tried many different instep soles. The only thing that worked for me was this product. I have tried even the gel inner sole but was good for a little while only.
This is a great product at a fraction of the price as oppose to orthotic shoes. I will continue to use this product indefinitely.
